Jeff Walker is giving away an iPad
Okay, so yesterday I wrote about my option on the iPad. Well, if you haven’t see one or purchased one here is your chance to get a 64 meg Wi-Fi ipad from Jeff Walker.

This is the really pricey program that teaches you step by step how to set-up and create a launch of any product to make money on the web. iPad is out today!
So I got to see the new iPad today and I have to tell you that I was not that impressed. It’s an oversized iPhone that is heaver and harder to hold in one hand. Now, don’t get me wrong… I LOVE my iPhone!! I think it is the best mobile phone on the market and use it everyday. But, unlike the iPhone the iPad is not as easy to hold in one hand and you can’t type with your thumbs. The iPad does not stand up on it’s own so showing another person something requires you to set it down flat on a table or hold it up with your hand. And the web application looks for mobile websites first and not your standard web page.
The iPad that is currently available is the Wi-Fi only version . The 3G version will be released later this month. Maybe it’s me but why would you only get the Wi-Fi version when the 3G allows both the 3G and Wi-Fi. You do not have to have the 3G active and there is no contract for the 3G it’s just a month by month deal of $15.00 through AT&T. It just seems that it would be a smarter move for the extra $50 (The price difference between the Wi-Fi and the Wi-Fi/3G iPads) even if you only use the Wi-Fi for now. You know… invest in the future!
Maybe it’s me but, I would just like to see some better built-in options like a stand and wireless keyboard/mouse to come with the iPad and not have to buy it as an after thought / after market add on. The iPad costs too much money for Apple to force you to buy more things to make the iPad a fully usable product for more then a lap reader.

New Homes on the Market…
South East Minnesota saw a long cold winter with a very slow home sellers market. Buisnesses closed, companies laid off employees and many homes just sat waiting for their next buyer.
Well the snow has melted and warm weather is here. So is an increase in the number of homes on the market as well as the number of sold signs appearing around town. There are currently 3545 homes on the market in SEMN with 1235 in Rochester alone. And that number is increasing everyday.
